Booking Terms

All rates are quoted on Net B2B basis in USD per person based on minimum 2 paying adults traveling together. Package valid until 31 Dec 2026 except peak season surcharges.

Payment Terms

25% non-refundable deposit upon booking confirmation. 75% balance payment due 14 days prior to guest arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

30+ days prior to arrival: Full refund less deposit. 14-29 days prior: 50% cancellation fee. Within 13 days or No Show: 100% non-refundable.

Child Policy

Child Under 2 Years: FOC sharing existing bed. Child 2-11 Years with Extra Bed: 75% of Adult Rate. Child without Bed: 50% of Adult Rate.

Hotel Check-in / Room Policy

Standard check-in: 14:00 / check-out: 12:00. Room categories subject to availability at time of final booking.
