While we make every effort to maintain accurate, up-to-date itinerary details and rates, GD DMC Global makes no express or implied warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or real-time hotel room availability until written booking confirmation is issued.
Travel Services Disclaimer
GD DMC Global operates strictly as a B2B travel company and Destination Management Company (DMC), providing specialized travel-related coordination and wholesale ground handling. All travel arrangements—including flights, hotel check-in/out policies, local sightseeing, speedboats, and road transport—are subject to availability, local regulations, and the terms of respective independent suppliers.
Third-Party Service Providers
GD DMC Global collaborates with independent third-party vendors (such as hotels, transport fleet owners, airlines, national parks, and tourist attractions). We are not liable for any acts, omissions, schedule deviations, or delays caused by third-party suppliers, severe weather conditions, or local strikes.
Strictly B2B – No Direct Retail Sales
GD DMC Global does not offer retail travel services directly to individual end consumers. All services, net quotes, and vouchers are issued strictly through verified travel agents, tour operators, and registered corporate travel partners.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall GD DMC Global be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, personal injury, baggage delay, or flight cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond our direct operational control or events of Force Majeure.
