3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Prices shared are indicative and subject to change until full payment is received.
Advance or full payment may be required before confirmation, as per service type.
Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation without prior notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on suppliers and services booked.
Any cancellation or refund will be processed as per supplier terms and on a case-by-case basis.
GD DMC is not responsible for non-refundable components imposed by third-party suppliers.

5. Role & Responsibility

GD DMC acts as a facilitator and coordinator between travel agents and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and local vendors.
We are not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party suppliers.

6. Force Majeure

GD DMC shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, government regulations, pandemics, or technical failures.

7. Limitation of Liability

GD DMC’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
